By using TrustLayer.eu you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by EU law.
TrustLayer provides AI agent behavioral monitoring, Trust Score calculation, and certification services. We are an independent third-party auditor — we do not develop, own or operate the agents we certify.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree not to share API keys with unauthorized parties. You must provide accurate information when registering an agent.
You may not use TrustLayer to certify agents that:
We reserve the right to remove any agent from our directory that violates these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Free plan users have no payment obligations.
The Trust Score is based on behavioral data logged through our API. It is an indicator, not a guarantee. TrustLayer is not liable for decisions made based on Trust Score results. Certification does not imply endorsement of any agent's business practices.
TrustLayer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
