We collect the following data when you use our services:

• Name, email address and company name when you submit an agent or contact us
• Agent behavioral metadata (action types, outcomes, timestamps) — not content
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store card data
• Basic usage analytics (page views, browser type) via anonymized logging

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide and improve the TrustLayer certification service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate with you about your account or agent status
• Comply with EU legal obligations including the AI Act

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (GDPR compliant)
• Hostinger — for hosting (EU servers)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@trustlayer.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your personal data is deleted within 90 days. Agent behavioral data may be retained in anonymized form for up to 2 years for research purposes.

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
